摘要 根据米氏(Mie)散射理论,计算得到了常用光纤材料(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、SiO2)基底中的半导体CdSe,CdS和CdTe量子点的吸收截面和散射截面随波长的变化.归纳得到了一个简洁的吸收截面和散射截面的表达式.利用有效质量近似法,确定了与CdSe,CdS和CdTe量子点粒径相关的吸收峰波长.比较了吸收峰值波长处的吸收截面与实验测量值.结果表明,米氏散射理论和实验测量的吸收截面相当接近,米氏散射理论可很好地用来计算球形量子点的吸收截面和散射截面. According to the Mie scattering theory, we calculate optical absorption and scattering cross-sections of semiconductor CdSe, CdS and CdTe quantum dots (QDs) in usual fiber materials (Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and SiO2) as a function of wavelength. We summarize a simply expression of absorption and scattering cross-sections. The wavelengths of absorption peak depending on the CdSe, CdS and CdTe QD diameters are confirmed by the effective mass approximation (EMA). A comparison of absorption cross-sections at the peak wavelengths is made between our computational results and experimental measurements. It is shown that absorption cross-sections calculated by the Mie scattering theory is very closed to the measurements.
