摘要
湿压缩技术是能够提高燃气轮机性能的一种经济有效的手段。文中采用CFX软件,选择k-湍流模型,利用安托万方程求蒸汽饱和压力,对跨音速一级NASAStage35进行进口加湿湿压缩数值模拟研究。模拟结果表明,当此跨音速压气机运行在靠近失速边界的一段范围内,湿压缩可使其性能提高,而对于靠近阻塞边界的一段范围内,湿压缩却降低了压气机各个性能参数;当压气机运行在设计工况时,在进口喷入较小颗粒尺寸的水滴可降低比压缩功、提高压比及流量并缩小激波后低能流动区域,而在进口喷入较大颗粒尺寸水滴却降低了压气机各性能参数,整个流场也并无改善。
The wet compression technology is currently an economical and effective means of improving the characteristic of gas turbines.By employing software CFX,inlet fogging into a NASA transonic compressor stage,Stage35,was numerically simulated and analyzed through adopting k-? turbulence model and using the Antoine equation for vapor saturation pressure.The simulation results show that wet compression of inlet fogging could improve the performance of the compressor when the compressor operating near a range of rotating stall boundary but decrease each performance parameter when the compressor operating near a range of chocking boundary.When the compressor operating at the design working condition,spraying water droplet of small size at inlet into compressor can decrease the specific compression work,elevate pressure ratio and mass flow rate,make the shock wave moving downstream,as well as decrease the flow region of low momentum.But for the water droplet of big size,spraying it into compressor can decreases each performance parameters of the transonic compressor and makes no improvement on the flow field.
