摘要
液压非谐振式输送机采用新型数字液压缸技术,使用数字液压缸作为振动源,数字液压缸由PLC控制,以最佳的频率比带动输送机槽体做同步非谐振式水平运动,迫使物料始终向前位移。该项技术可以在线调整振动频率、振幅,提高了输送物料的可控性。
Hydraulic non resonant conveyor with new digital hydraulic cylinder technology,the use of digital hydraulic cylinder as a vibration source,digital hydraulic cylinder controlled by PLC,to the best frequency ratio to drive the conveyor trough the synchronized non resonant type horizontal movement,forcing the material is always forward displacement.The technique can online adjust vibration frequency,amplitude,increases the conveying material controllability.
