摘要
研究退火及时效处理对焊态R60702各区域微观组织的影响,尤其是焊缝及热影响区处针状马氏体微观组织的变化。结果表明,β相退火处理或时效处理均使得焊缝和热影响区针状马氏体减少或消失,焊缝热影响区亚结构得到回复,第二相金属间化合物Zr(Fe,Cr)_2在晶界处析出聚集。
The effects of different heat treatment including annealing and aging treatment on microstructure of R60702 welded joints were researched, especially the change of acicular martensite microstructure on the weld and HAZ(heat - affected zone).The results showed that the acicular martensite disappears or decreases after annealing or aging treatment.The substructure in the weld and HAZ get a better return,and the second phase of intermetallic compounds Zr(Fe,Cr)2 precipitate and gather at grain boundaries.
