摘要
目的应用信息化手段优化出院带药流程,实现出院带药电子处方工作模式。方法新开发的系统主要由出院带药处方录入程序和出院带药处方确认程序组成。录入程序采用独立的外挂方式,该程序与住院医生工作站程序安装在同一台电脑上,由医生使用;处方确认程序在原有程序上修改,修改后的出院带药处方确认程序改变了原有药品计价收费模式,实现了药品计价收费在病区药房减库存的同时完成,该程序由病区药房使用。结果住院收费处去掉了出院带药计价窗口,减轻了医护人员的工作量,提高了工作效率,缩短了病人的等候时间。结论该系统体现了自动化、智能化、高效化的特点。
Objective To optimize the process of discharging medication by informationization methods, further realize electronic prescription. Methods The new system is composed of discharging medication prescription entry and validation procedure. The entry procedure uses independent, xtras way, and is installed in the same computer with hospital doctor workstation program. The validation procedure is amended on the basis of the original one, and has changed the medication charging mode. Medication charging and ward dispensary reduced inventory can be finished simultaneously. Results The window for medication discharging can be cancelled. The system runs efficiently, alleviating the labor of medical staffs, shortening the waiting time of patients. Conclusion This system has characteristics of automation, intelligence, and efficiency.
