摘要
目的观察急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的变化,探讨炎症反应与ACI的关系。方法 75例ACI患者(ACI组)分为轻度组29例、中度组25例和重度组21例;另选择同期进行健康体检者50名作为对照组;检测血清CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平,并进行比较。结果ACI组患者血清CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);重度组血清CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平显著高于轻度组和中度组(P<0.05);中度组血清CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平显著高于轻度组(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平升高可能与ACI的发生发展有关;检测血清CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平有助于临床评估ACI的严重程度、治疗效果及预后。
Objectives To explore the change of the levels of serum C-reactive protein（CRP） ,tumor necrosis factor-a （TNF-ct） and intedeukin-6 （IL-6） in patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI） , and to explore the relationship between inflammatory reaction and ACI. Methods Seventy-five patients with ACI （ ACI group） were divided into the mild group （ n = 29 ）, moderate group（ n = 25 ） and severe group（ n = 21 ）. At the same time ,fifty healthy people were chose as control group. The levels of serum CRP,IL-6 and TNF-a were detected and compared. Results The levels of serum CRP,IL-6 and TNF-a in ACI group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The levels of serum CRP, IL-6 and TNF-a in severe group were significantly higher than those in mild group and moderate group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of serum CRP, 1L-6 and TNF-a in moderate group were significantly higher than those in mild group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions The increasing of serum CRP, IL-6 and TNF-a levels may be related with the occurrence and development of ACI. The detection of serum CRP, IL-6 and TNF-a should be helpful to assess the severity, therapeutic efficacy and prognosis of patients with ACI.
