摘要
学风是学校办学实力、办学特色的重要体现,加强学风建设是提高专业技术人才培养质量的重要保证。文章指出了当前部分学员学风存在学习目的不明确、学习态度不端正、学习方法差等主要问题,在分析学风问题原因的基础上,提出改善任职教育院校学风建设举措。

The paper points out main problems such as indefinite study destination, inadequate study motivation,poor study method, lack of practice skills of students style of study.
