针对高科技企业技术联盟战略探讨问题,文中介绍了高科技企业技术联盟的产生过程,探讨了其存在的问题,并提出了高科技企业技术联盟发展对策,积极为推进高科技企业技术联盟的发展。
Based on i the ：problem of high-teeh enterprise technology alliance strategy, this paper introduces the generating process of high-tech enterprise technology alliance, explores the problem, and puts forward the development countermeasures to actively promote the high-tech enterprise technology alliance development.
