摘要
目的利用联立方程组新解法考察注射用头孢噻肟钠和维生素B6注射液与木糖醇注射液配伍的稳定性。方法用联立方程组新解法计算注射用头孢噻肟钠与维生素B6注射液的含量。分别在25℃和37℃条件下,观察6h内注射用头孢噻肟钠和维生素B6配伍液的外观、pH值及紫外光谱的变化。结果 6h内,注射用头孢噻肟钠和维生素B6与木糖醇注射液配伍液的外观、pH值、紫外光谱及含量无明显变化。结论应用联立方程组新解法测定头孢噻肟钠和维生素B6注射液与木糖醇注射液配伍的稳定性,方法简便、准确,实用性强。
Objective To investigate the stability of cefotaxime sodium for injection and vitamin B6 injection compatibility with xylitol injection by means of simultaneous equations new solution.Methods Calculated the content of cefotaxime sodium for injection and vitamin B6 injection by means of simultaneous equations new solution.Separately under 25℃ and 37℃ conditions,observed the intermixture appearance,pH and ultraviolet spectrograph changes of cefotaxime sodium for injection compatibility with vitamin B6 injection in 6h.Results No marked changes was noted in terms of the appearance,pH value,ultraviolet spectrograph and content in the intermixture of cefotaxime sodium for injection compatibility with vitamin B6 injection in 6h.Conclusion New Vierordt′method to investigate the stability of cefotaxime sodium for injection and vitamin B6 injection compatibility with xylitol injection is simple,accurate and usable.
