摘要
目的:进一步探讨牙隐裂诊断与治疗的方法。方法:本文选取了笔者所在医院2009年1月-2012年2月间笔者所在医院收治的86例牙隐裂患者为研究对象,针对患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析,针对相关的临床指标进行了比较研究。结果:86例中总有效72例,综合治疗的有效率为84.69%,与调和调并充填相比较,根管治疗后全冠修复的治疗方法的效果优势明显,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙隐裂患者应准确诊断,尽早治疗,根据患者病情采取有针对性的综合治疗措施的临床实践效果显著。
Objective：To further explore the methods of diagnosis and treatment of cracked teeth.Method：86 cases of patients with cracked teeth in our hospital from January 2009 to February 2012 were chosen as the research object.The clinical data of the patients was taken for a retrospective analysis.The related clinical indicators were taken for comparison and research.Result：The total effective cases were 72 cases in the 86 cases,and the comprehensive effective rate of treatment was 84.69%.Compared with occlusal adjustment and occlusal adjustment merge filling,the treatment effect of full crown after root canal treatment had obvious advantages,both P0.05,there was a statistically significant difference.Conclusion：The patients with cracked teeth should take accurate diagnosis and early treatment.According to the patient＇s condition,to take targeted treatment measures in clinical practice effect.
