摘要
对甲苯光催化氯代合成三氯甲苯的工艺进行了改进 ,以过氧化苯甲酰 (Ⅰ )为催化剂 ,三乙醇胺 (Ⅱ )为副反应抑制剂 ,w(甲苯 )∶w(Ⅰ )∶w(Ⅱ ) =1340∶2 5∶1,反应 7h ,所得产品三氯甲苯收率可达96 .0 % ,纯度 99%
The synthetic process for producing benzotrichloride by chlorination of toluene with photocatalyst was improved.By using benzoyl peroxide(Ⅰ) as catalyst,triethanolamine (Ⅱ) as byproduct inhibitor,selecting the weight ratio of toluene, Ⅰ and Ⅱ as 1340∶25∶1,reacting with 7h,the yield of benzotrichloride reached 96.0%,and the purity was 99%。
