摘要
加固液晶显示器具有抗恶劣环境能力,主要应用于军事、科研等领域。低辐射加固液晶显示器是军事装备现代化的需求。基于低辐射加固设计目标,文中详细介绍了加固技术。分别从低辐射电磁兼容设计、抗振设计、热设计、密封设计及生产工艺等方面,指出各设计要点及关键技术。运用仿真技术、试验比对等方法,做了必要的相关分析,并结合样机试制实践,形成了较为成熟的设计方案。按照国军标的要求,样机分别通过冲击、振动试验、高低温湿热试验和电磁兼容试验,结果表明设计合理、满足低辐射加固设计目标,为实际应用提供了参考。
Ruggedized liquid crystal display has the capacity of enduring severe environment,it is mainly used in military and scientific research fields.Low radiation and ruggedized liquid crystal display is the demand of modern military equipment.Based on the goal of low radiation and ruggedized design,this paper introduces the technology of reinforcement in detail.The Design points and key technologies of electromagnetic compatibility,anti-vibration,thermal,sealing,production process and so on are given.Combined with the practice of prototype,a mature design scheme is formed by the methods of simulation,experiment comparison,and necessary relevant analysis.According to China military standards,the prototype passed collision and vibration test,high-low temperature and humidity test and electromagnetic compatibility test.Results show that the design which can provide reference for practical application is reasonable and meets the low radiation and ruggedized design goal.
