摘要
目的了解上海市制造业农民工安全认知和安全行为状况的影响因素,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法对上海市10家制造企业的454名农民工进行问卷调查。结果调查对象安全认知水平较高,有97.8%的调查对象认为有必要在工作场所采取安全防护设施。56.6%认为从事的工作安全。安全行为的报告率相对较低,61.5%的对象工作时能保持注意力集中。单位防护设备质优是安全认知的主要影响因素,OR值是3.422(2.296,5.102)。平时不与人争吵、工作熟练是安全行为的主要影响因素,OR值分别是3.116(1.661,5.846)和2.054(1.120,3.768)。结论上海市制造业农民工的安全行为的报告率有待提高,建议有针对性地开展健康教育。
[ Objective] To understand the influencing factors of safety cognition and safety behaviors among farmer workers in manufacturing industries in Shanghai, and provide the evidence for developing the intervention measures. [ Methods ] A questionnaire survey was conducted among 454 farmer workers from 10 manufacturing industries in Shanghai. [ Results] The safety cognition level of investigated objects was high. It was considered by 97.8% of respondents that security protection facilities were necessary at workplace. 56.6% of them thought their job was safe. The report rates of safety behavior were relatively lower. 61.5% of them can focus attention during working time. The main influencing factor of safety cognition was ＂high quality of protective equipment in workplace＂, and OR value was 3. 422 （ 2. 296,5. 102 ）. The main influencing factor related to safety behavior included ＂never quarrel with others＂and ＂skilled in job＂, and OR value was 3. 116 （ 1. 661,5. 846） and 2. 054 （ 1. 120,3. 768） respectively. [ Conclusion] The report rates of safety behavior among farmer workers from manufacturing industries in Shanghai need to be improved. It is suggested to carry out health education according to the influencing factors of safety cognition and safety behavior.
