摘要 目的探讨肩部外侧小切口入路应用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法对19例肱骨近端骨折老年患者采用肩部外侧小切口切开复位锁定钢板内固定。结果所有患者均获随访,随访时间为12~35个月,肱骨骨折均愈合良好,按照Neer评分标准进行疗效评价,优15例,良3例,可1例。结论经肩部外侧小切口入路切开复位内固定治疗老年性肱骨近端骨折,手术简便,损伤小,术中出血少,愈合时间短,功能恢复好,值得应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of LPHP in treatment of the senile fractures of proximal humerus through small incision on the anterolateral shoulder. Methods Nineteen senile fractures patients of proximal humerus were given reposition enchevillement and LPHP internal fixation through small incision on the anterolateral shoulder. Results All the patients were followed up for 12-35 months. Humerus fracture healing was good, the treatment effect was evaluated by Neer's score, the result was excellent in 15 cases, good in 3 cases and fair in 1 case. Conclusion The clinical effect of reposition enchevillement and LPHP internal fixation through small incision on the anterolateral shoulder in treatment of proximal humerus fracture is good, it has many advantage such as simple operation, minimal invasion, less intraoperative bleeding, short healing time, good functional recovery, so it is worthy of application.
