摘要
目的:观察综合康复治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱病变的临床疗效。方法:将75例糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者随机分为对照组37例和治疗组38例。对照组给予针灸治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予膀胱控制训练。观察并记录两组患者尿流率、排尿后B超测定残余尿量。结果:治疗组有效率为86.8%,对照组有效率为34.84%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在尿流率、残余尿量等方面与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复训练可有效促进糖尿病神经源性膀胱功能恢复。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of combined rehabilitation in the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder lesions.Methods：75 cases with diabetic neurogenic bladder lesions were randomly divided into control group（n=37） and treatment group（n=38）.The control group was given acupuncture treatment and the treatment group was given bladder control training based on the control group.Observe and record the urine flow rate and residual urine volume using B ultrasonic measurement after urination.Results：The effective rate was 86.8% in treatment group and 34.84% in control group.Compare the effective power,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The urine flow rate and residual urine volume in treatment compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive rehabilitation training can effectively promote the function recovery of diabetic neurogenic bladder lesions.
