摘要
目的:探讨养阴清肺法在感染后气道高反应性咳嗽中的运用。方法:从燥邪伤肺、气阴两虚等方面阐述感染后气道高反应性咳嗽的中医病机特征。结果:燥邪伤肺、气阴两虚是感染后气道高反应性咳嗽发生的内在条件,本虚标实是其发病的必然因素。结论:燥邪伤肺、气阴两虚是感染后气道高反应性咳嗽的基本病机特征,临床选用养阴清肺法治疗,为感染后气道高反应性咳嗽的治疗提供了新的思路和方法。
Objective：To study the application of tonifying yin and clearing lung method in treating airway hyperreactivity cough post infectionem.Methods：To discuss the pathogenesis characteristic of airway hyperreactivity cough post infectionem from lung impairment caused by pathogen dryness and qi-yin asthenia.Results：Lung impairment caused by pathogen dryness and qi-yin asthenia are the internal condition of airway hyperreactivity cough post infectionem and asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality is the precipitating factors.Conclusion：Lung impairment caused by pathogen dryness and qi-yin asthenia are the basic pathogenesis characteristics of airway hyperreactivity cough post infectionem.Tonifying yin and clearing lung provides new thread and method in treating airway hyperreactivity cough post infectionem in clinic.
