摘要
量子点敏化太阳能电池发展至今,其效率已经突破了5%,但是与染料敏化电池12%的效率相比还是存在着较大的距离,从电荷复合、量子点的光捕获、光阳极的结构、电解质和对电极5个方面分析了量子点敏化电池效率低下的原因,以及针对以上5个方面目前量子点敏化电池的研究所采取的改进措施。
The efficiency of the quantum dot sensitized solar cell have broken through 5% up to now. But there is a big distance between the efficiency of quantum dot sensitized solar cell with that of the dye sensitized solar cell which is 12%. Five points which are charge recombination, light harvesting, structure of the photoanode, the electrolyte and the counter electrode were put forward as the reasons for the low efficiency of the quantum dot sensitized solar cell. Meanwhile the solution to them by researchers in the field of quantum dot sensitized solar cell was also introduced.
