摘要
从医方、患方和社会因素3个方面分析了医患纠纷的成因,讨论了防范医患纠纷的对策。认为减少医患纠纷,构建良好的医患关系,一方面要提升医疗技能、加强医患沟通与医院管理,规范医疗服务行为,另一方面也需要社会的广泛关注和支持,尽快健全医疗保障机制和相关的法律法规。
We have analyzed the causes of medical disputes from the physician,the patient and social factors and explored the countermeasures against medical disputes.In order to avoid medical dispute and build up better physician-patient relationship,we should elevate medical skills,enhance the physician-patient communication and hospital management as well as regulate medical service,on the other hand,we need social publicity and support,also complete the system of medical security and the relevant law as soon as possible.
