催渗剂对O-N-C多元共渗Q235钢耐蚀性的影响 被引量:5

Effect of additives on corrosion resistance of Q235 steel by oxynitrocarburizing

摘要 对Q235钢在650℃×1.5 h条件下进行O-N-C共渗处理,添加剂以(分别为60~70滴/min和150~160滴/min)液体滴注和气体形式入炉,探索了添加剂加入方式对O-N-C共渗后渗层的厚度及组织、显微硬度、相组成、中性盐雾腐蚀和电化学特性的影响。结果表明,添加剂以液体滴注和气体入炉方式,经O-N-C共渗处理后渗层中化合物层厚度可达60~80μm,总渗层厚度达360~400μm。渗层最高硬度可达550~600 HV0.05。渗层主要由Fe3N、Fe2O3和Fe3O4组成。经O-N-C共渗处理的Q235钢中性盐雾腐蚀试验耐蚀性能大幅提高。渗层电化学自腐蚀电位正移100~230 mV。 O-N-C diffusing at 650 ℃ for 1.5 h was conducted on Q235 steel,and the additives were added in liquid and gas.The influence of the additives adding ways on the thickness,microstructure,micro hardness,phase composition,neutral salt spray test and electrochemical property of the treated layer were investigated.The results show that the overall thickness of the treated layer is 360-400 μm and a compound layer is 60-80 μm.The maximum hardness can reach 550-600 HV0.05.The main phases of the treated layer are Fe3N,Fe3O4 and Fe2O3.The corrosion resistance of the Q235 steel after treatment is improved greatly under the neutral salt spray test.The free corrosion potential of the treated layer is elevated by 100-230 mV.
