摘要 以Division Mockup软件为平台,进行了船用分油机的虚拟装配过程仿真。给出了虚拟装配系统的体系结构,介绍了不同CAD系统与Division Mockup软件之间的格式转换、交互式装配过程的进行,以及工艺文档生成等关键技术的研究。最终形成可进行装配验证和示教功能的分油机系统。 The virtual assembly of purifier was achieved based on Division Mockup. The architecture of the virtual assembly sys- tem was proposed. Some key technologies as the form transformation between CAD software and Division Mockup, the interactive assembly process, the process planning compiled were researched. At last the assembly system for proving and training came true.
