摘要
目的观察小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿病毒性发热疾病的疗效。方法将108例以病毒性发热疾病为主的患儿完全随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组54例予以小儿豉翘清热颗粒，根据患儿不同年龄给予1～6g，开水冲服；对照组54例予以利巴韦林颗粒10mg／（kg·d）。均为3次／d，疗程3d。观察2组疗效和症状好转时间。结果用药3d后，观察组与对照组总有效率分别为92．6％（50／54）和68．5％（37／54），组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组的退热时间、咽部充血好转时间、咳嗽好转时间明显少于对照组[（26±4）h比（38±6）h，（36±8）h比（48±6）h，（36±4）h比（47±6）h]，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论tbJL豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿病毒性发热疾病安全疗效较好，症状改善快。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Xiaoer chiqiao qingre granule on child viral fever. Methods All 108 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 54 cases in observation group were given the Xiaoer chiqiao qingre granule from 1 to 6 g, and 54 cases in control group were given ribavirin tablet for 10 mg/（ kg . d） , 3 times per day for 3 days. Results After treatment for 3 days, the total effective rate in observation group was 92.6% （50/54）, which was higher than that in control group [68.5% （37/54） 1 （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The antipyretic time and the time of pharyngeal hyperemia and cough improvement in observation group were less than those in control group [ （26 ±4）h vs （38 ±6）h, （36 ±8）h vs （48 ±6）h, （36 ±4）h vs （47 ±6）h, all P 〈 0. 05 ]. Conclusion The curative effect of Xiaoer chiqiao qingre granule has satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of child viral fever.
