引航员登离船装置是引航员上下船舶的重要通道,关乎到引航员和船员的生命安全,因此越来越引起港口国当局的重视。文中根据2012年7月1日生效的IMO关于引航员登离船装置的最新要求,对引航员登离船装置的PSC检查作简要介绍。
Pilot transfer arrangement is the most important means for pilot to board and leaw the ship.It concerns the safety of both pilots and seafarers.Based oil the IMO new requirements, which entered into force on 1 July, 2012, this article introduces the PSC inspection procedure on the pilot transfer arrangement.
