摘要 辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technologies)解决了众多不孕不育患者无后代的难题,但辅助生殖技术的儿童其体格、智能、精神心理、内分泌及代谢与自然妊娠儿童有无差别倍受关注。本文对辅助生殖技术相关的出生缺陷和风险进行综述,以提高对辅助生殖技术的认识。 The assisted reproductive technology has enabled millions of sterility and infertility people in the world to have biological children. However, it remains unclear whether there are differences between assisted reproductive technology children and natural pregnancy children in physique, intelligence, psychology, endocrine and metabolism. Now this paper summaries increased birth defects and other risks associated with assisted reproductive technology for further enhancing the understanding of assisted reproductive technology.
