摘要
目的讨论西瓜霜联合漱口液含漱用于治疗复发性口腔溃疡的效果。方法将80例肺结核并发复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组40例和治疗组40例,在其他治疗护理方案相同的条件下,对照组按传统的口腔护理要求进行护理,治疗组给予西瓜霜联合漱口液含漱治疗。7d后比较两组患者口腔溃疡的治疗效果。结果对照组显效率为40%,治疗组显效率为75%,两组显效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西瓜霜联合漱口液含漱治疗复发性口腔溃疡可显著提高临床疗效,且对人体无不良反应,可以临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of watermelon frost and gargle in the treatment oi recurrent oral ulcer. Methods Eighty cases of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with recurrent oral ulcer patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group of 40 cases and the treatment group of 40 cases. In the other treatment nursing scheme under the same conditions, the control group was treated with the traditional oral nursing, the treatment group was treated with combined treatment of watermelon frost and gargle. After 7 days, two groups of patients with oral ulcer treatment outcome were compared. Results In the control group, the effective rate was 40 percent, effective rate of treatment group was 75 percent, efficiency comparison of two groups had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Watermelon frost combined with gargle in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer can significantly improve the clini- cal efficacy, and has no adverse reaction to the human body. It can be clinically used.
