Current status and trend of world pear industry based on patent data analysis

摘要 【目的】为了解国内外梨产业专利申请的情况,把握梨相关产品的研发趋势,为我国梨产品的研究与市场发展提供决策参考和技术依据,【方法】在三大专利数据库中检索1985—2012年间中国、美国、英国、日本、德国、法国、瑞士等国家以及欧洲专利局和世界知识产权组织(简称"七国两组织")的梨专利并进行数据分析。【结果】结果表明:从2007开始,梨专利取得了较大的技术突破和飞跃式发展;检索获得梨专利1048项,主要专利类型为发明专利,占68.54%;专利有效年限:发明专利平均5年,实用新型专利平均4年,外观设计平均1年;专利内容的IPC(国际专利分类)主要隶属于A类(人类生活必需品领域)占61.3%;世界梨主要专利国家为中国、美国、日本和韩国,占申请量的89.50%;中国专利申请热点地域为江苏、山东、河北、安徽、北京、辽宁、浙江、广东、新疆、云南。预计未来专利申请热点是梨功能食品开发及生物技术推广应用。【结论】我国的梨专利数量排名靠前值得欣喜,然而在专利的基础性及专利应用于产品转化方面,与美、日、欧等发达国家/地区仍有差距,我国梨技术研发应更加重视基础性研究,同时不断推动梨技术专利的转化。 【Objective】To understand the status and development trend of international pear industry and provide references for China pear industry and research,【Method】statistic analyses of patents from seven countries(China,America,Britain,Japan,Germany,France and Switzerland) and two organizations(European Patent Office and the World Intellectual Property organization) were carried out in three patent database service from 1985 to 2012.【Result】Results showed that: considerable progress since 2007 have been made in patent applications in pear production;1048 patents were registered,and of which invention patents shared 68.54% in total;the average warrant cycle of inventions,utility models and design patents was 5,4 and 1 year,respectively;61.3% patents belonged to human daily necessities field;89.50% patents were mainly applied in China,America,Japan and South Korea.In China,most of patents were applied in Jiangsu,Shandong,Hebei,Anhui,Beijing,Liaoning,Zhejiang,Guangdong,Xingjian and Yunnan.It was expected that the inventions in pear functional food and biotechnology will be the popular research area in patent application.【Conclusion】The number of Chinese pear patents is delightful,however,the basic research and transformation of Chinese patents need to be strengthened in the future.
