摘要
目的探讨对工作满意度较低的残疾员工进行职业康复干预的近期、远期效果。方法 66名残疾员工分成干预组(n=34)和对照组(n=32),对干预组进行为期4周的心理、环境(OT师执行)及活动干预(PT师执行)。于3个月及1年后采用明尼苏达满意度问卷短式量表(MSQ)评价其工作满意度。结果干预组总体满意度,内、外在满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.001),但内在满意度1年后与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论对残疾员工进行职业康复干预有助于残疾人融入工作岗位。
Objective To study the short and long-term effects of vocational rehabilitation on the disabled with low job satisfaction. Methods 66 disabled workers were divided into control group (n=32) and treatment group (n=34). The treatment group accepted physical, occupational and psychosocial therapy for 4 weeks. All the workers were assessed with Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire before treat- ment, 3 and 12 months later. Results The total, internal and external satisfaction significantly improved in treatment group after treatment (P〈0.01), except the internal satisfaction 1 year later (P〉0.05). Conclusion Specific vocational rehabilitation programme may promote the inclusion of disabled workers into the workplace.
