摘要
随着中国城镇化速度的加快,大城市病日益凸现,人口、医疗、交通、城管等一系列问题无不催促城市管理者尽快探寻出解决之道。智慧城市的特点决定建设智慧城市对解决"大城市病"非常必要。智慧城市建设的主要目标:(1)为经济转型提供契机;(2)为人民生活品质提供平台;(3)为创新社会管理方式提供抓手。
With the acceleration of China＇s urbanization, big city malaise＇is becoming more and more obvious. Series of problems such as population, medical treatment, transportation, and urban management, all without exception, urges city managers to explore the solution as soon as possible. This paper offers the major tagets for smarter cities construction, these include： providing an opportunity to economic transformation, delivery platform for the quality of life of people, as well as grips forinnovations in social administration
