摘要
推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,人才是关键。农村文化人才队伍是农村文化建设的主力军。通过对目前河北农村文化人才队伍建设中存在的问题及原因分析,就新时期如何创建一支高素质、创新型的农村文化人才队伍提出建议。
The talent is the key for promoting the development and prosperity of socialist culture.The rural cultural talent team is the main force during rural cultural construction.There are many problems exposed during the construction of Hebei rural cultural talent team.According to the reason analysis,some suggestions will be put forward to construct rural cultural talent team.
