摘要
吡喃并[2,3-d]嘧啶类化合物及其衍生物具有良好的药理活性和生理活性,广泛用于化工、医药、农药等行业。本文综述了吡喃并[2,3-d]嘧啶类的合成方法,特别是近些年来此类化合物绿色合成方法的探索与研究,为以后进一步研究其合成的方法及催化剂的选择提供理论依据,并且有望为深刻理解其他重要过程中类似的绿色合成反应提供借鉴。
Pyrano [2,3-d] pyrimidine compounds and their derivatives have a wide range of pharmacological activity and physiological activity, and are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide and other industries. This article reviews the pyrano [2,3-d] pyrimidine synthesis method, especially exploration and research of the green synthetic methods in recent years. It provide a theoretical basis for future research synthesis methods and the choice of catalyst. Furthermore, It will expected to provide a reference for a deep understanding of the other similar important process of green synthesis reaction.
