摘要
以3-硝基-2-甲基苯甲酸为起始原料,经还原、重氮化水解、甲氧基化三步反应,得到3-甲氧基-2-甲基苯甲酸,含量96.0%,总收率达85%。
3-Methoxy-2-methylbenzoic acid was synthesized using 3-nitro-2-methylbenzoic acid as raw materials by the reaction of deoxidization, diazotization, hydrolization and methoxylation. Its total yield was 86% and the purity was 96%.
