摘要
目的:研究改良三甲散对大鼠老年痴呆模型行为学及海马内乙酰胆碱脂酶(TChE)、乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)活性的影响。方法:在大鼠腹腔内注射D-Gal使其急性衰老的基础上,在大鼠双侧海马内一次性缓慢注射Aβ1-42和Ibo的混合液制作老年痴呆大鼠的模型,并以活血化痰组、脑复康组作为对照,观察改良三甲散对大鼠老年痴呆模型行为学及海马内TChE、ChAT活性的影响。结果:各项实验指标均显示,模型组与正常组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05),各用药组与模型组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05),而各用药组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:改良三甲散能改善老年痴呆大鼠的学习记忆能力,并且提高TchE和ChAT的活性。
To investigate the effect of Improved Sanjia Powder on behavior and Hippocampal cholinesterase(TChE),acetylcholine transferase(ChAT) activity of Alzheimer's disease rat model.Methods:Simulating rat model of Alzheimer's disease by slowly injecting Aβ1~42 and Ibo mixture one-time in bilateral hippocampus of rats based on the acute aging caused by D-Gal injection in rat peritoneal cavity,and the promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm group and brain rehabilitation group as control groups,observing the behavior and Hippocampal cholinesterase(TChE),acetylcholine transferase(ChAT) activity of improved Sanjia Powder on rats model of Alzheimer's disease.Results:Variety of experimental model index indicates that,there were significant differences(P0.05) between model groups and normal groups,significant differences(P0.05) between treated groups and model groups,whereas no significant differences(P0.05) between treated groups.Conclusion:Improved Sanjia Powder can improve the learning ability and memory of Alzheimer's disease rats,and increase the activity of TChE and ChAT.
