摘要
用螺杆顶出法实验研究超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)单螺杆挤出状态下的熔融过程,建立UHMWPE单螺杆挤出熔融过程的物理模型及数学模型,可理论计算熔融段长度和熔膜径向分布等参数,并实验验证计算结果,实现指导挤出UHMWPE制品生产的目的。
The melting process of single screw extrusion of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) was researched and analyzed with the method of screw ejection.Physical and mathematical models were also built to calculate the length of melt zone and radical distribution of melt layer.The calculation results were experimentally verified and can be used to guide the production of UHMWPE products.
