摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病大鼠前额叶皮质及海马神经元形态的改变及其意义。方法利用链脲佐菌素加高脂喂养制作2型糖尿病大鼠模型,利用Golgi-cox染色观察模型大鼠前额叶皮质及海马CA1区神经元树突形态及树突棘密度。结果与对照组比较,糖尿病组大鼠额叶皮质及海马CA1区神经元出现树突减少,树突棘密度降低。结论额叶皮质及海马神经元形态的改变是导致糖尿病患者出现神经系统功能障碍的形态学基础。
Objective It is to approach the Changes of neurons modality in prefrontal lobe cortex and hippocampus of rats and its significance.Methods The rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus was made by streptozotocin and high fat diet,than the modality of dendrites and density of dendritic spine in prefronatal lobe cortex and hippocampus of rats were observed by Golgi-cox staining.Results Compared with control group,the amount of dendrites was markedly grown downwards and density of dendritic spine was markedly decreased in prefronatal lobe cortex and hippocampus of rats in diabetes mellitus group.Conclusion The changes of neurons modality in prefrontal lobe cortex and hippocampus are the morphology groundwork of Neurological function;Nervous system function in patients of diabetes mellitus.
