宫颈癌术后调强放疗临床观察

摘要 目的观察宫颈癌术后调强放射治疗(IMRT)的疗效。方法将45例宫颈癌行广泛子宫切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫术患者分为两组,调强组(25例)术后实施IMRT,计划靶区(PTV)45~50 Gy;常规组20例术后接受常规放疗,组织吸收量45 Gy。观察两组1年复发率、2年复发率及不良反应。结果两组1年复发率、2年复发率相近(P>0.05);与常规组比较,调强组急性骨髓抑制、直肠反应、膀胱反应发生率及慢性直肠反应、膀胱反应发生率降低(P均<0.05)。结论宫颈癌术后行IMRT临床效果良好。
