胶凝材电通量和氯离子扩散系数之间关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 测试混凝土渗透性的方法有很多,目前普遍采用电通量法和电导率法。为既能有效评价混凝土的密实性能,又能减少试验时间,降低人为因素的影响,建立混凝土电通量、氯离子扩散系数与胶砂氯离子扩散系数之间的相互关系是十分必要的。为此,本研究设计了15组性能相关的不同胶凝材配合比混凝土和胶砂试验方案,采用这两种方法分别测试试件的抗氯离子渗透性能,并对测试数据进行线性拟合,结果表明:电通量和氯离子扩散系数之间具有较好的线性分布特性,最小的相关系数为0.966,表明拟合效果良好。 The test methods for concrete penetration are various, among which the flux method and conductivity method are widely used.In order to evaluate the compactness of concrete effectively, and meanwhile, reduce the test time and decrease human impact, it is necessary to establish the relationship between the concrete electric flux, chloride diffusion coefficient and mortar chloride diffusion coeffi cient.So, 15 groups of formulation schemes were designed by using different gelatinous concrete and mortar, and the two methods men tioned before were applied to measure the chloride ion penetration resistance of the test samples.Finally, the testing data were processed by means of linear fitting.The results showed that, the linear distribution property between electric flux and chloride diffusion coefficient was preferable.The minimum correlation coefficient was 0.966, which means that the fitting effect was good.
