摘要
甲状腺癌是内分泌系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤，随着甲状腺癌发病率的升高，甲状腺微小癌的发病率也逐渐增高，但目前针对微小癌的诊治仍存在较大争议。该文对甲状腺微小癌的流行病学、临床诊断、生物学行为及治疗方案进行了综述。
Thyroid eancer is the most common malignant carcinoma in the endocrine system. With the increasing incidence of thyroid cancer, the incidence of thyroid mieroeareinoma has been elevating gradually. But there is still a large ambiguity on thyroid microeareinoma about the diagnosis and treatment. The epidemiology, clinical diagnosis, biological behavior and treatment programs of thyroid mieroearcinoma were reviewed in this article.
