摘要
目的:探讨中西医综合治疗肱骨髁间骨折的临床疗效。方法:将68例肱骨髁间骨折患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均采用手法复位外固定以及手术切开复位内固定治疗。治疗组患者复位成功后,内服、外用中药进行相关治疗。结果:治疗组患者在疗效和住院时间等方面均优于对照组患者,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医综合治疗肱骨髁间骨折疗效显著。
Objective： To discuss the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating humerus intercondylar fractures.Methods： 68 cases of humerus intercondylar fractures patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The patients in both groups were all treated with manual reduction external fixation,and internal fixation of open reduction.After the success of reduction,patients in the treatment group were treated by internal and external administration of Chinese medical herbs.Results： Such aspects as efficacy and length of hospital stay and so on in patients of the treatment group were superior to the control group,and the differences in two groups had statistically significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has distinct effect in treating humerus intercondylar fractures.
