摘要 目的:探讨芪明颗粒治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:将86例非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,两组患者均采用糖尿病饮食和适当运动。常规口服格列美脲、二甲双胍等降血糖药或皮下注射甘精胰岛素、诺和灵胰岛素等。对照组加用复方血栓通片,治疗组加用芪明颗粒治疗。用药前后对所有患者进行视力、眼底、FFA检查,作为临床疗效判定标准。3个月后检查视力及眼底观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率93.02%,对照组有效率69.77%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪明颗粒具有益气生津、滋养肝肾、活血通络之功,是治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变安全有效的药物。 Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of Qiming Granule in treating non-proliferation period diabetic retinopathy.Methods: 86 patients with non-proliferation period diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with each of 43 patients.Diabetic diet and appropriate exercise were used for the patients of two groups on the basis of diabetes propaganda and education.Both groups were given the conventional treatment of oral glimepiride,metformin and other antidiabetic drugs or subcutaneous injection of insulin glargine,novolin,etc.The treatment group was additionally given Qiming granule.Visual acuity,ocular fundus and FFA examination,as clinical curative effect evaluation standards were taken for all patients before and after administration.Visual acuity and ocular fundus were tested to observe the effect after three months.Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.02%,and that of the control group was 69.77%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P 〈0.05).Conclusion: Qiming Granule which has the functions of replenishing qi and producting fluid,nourishing liver and kidney,promoting blood circulation and activating channels,and indicating for both manifestation and root,which is the safe and effective drug in treating non-proliferation period diabetic retinopathy.
