摘要 目的:通过对鞍钢长期接触小剂量(0至100mSv)电离辐射的人员进行外周血淋巴细胞微核率的检测和分析,为加强这类人员的健康防护措施提供依据。方法:利用微量全血培养法检测200名长期接触小剂量电离辐射人员和486名非接触电离辐射人员的外周血淋巴细胞微核率并进行统计学分析。结果:长期接触小剂量电离辐射人员的外周血淋巴细胞微核率为0.715‰,是非接触电离辐射人员外周血淋巴细胞微核率(0.220‰)的3.25倍,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:长期接触小剂量电离辐射人员的外周血淋巴细胞微核率显著增加,致染色体发生畸变可能性增大。应加强对长期接触小剂量电离辐射人员的健康防护。 Objective: To perform cytogenetic analysis on low dose radiation (0 - 100 mSv) workers of Anshan Steel with long term exposure to low doses ionizing radiation, and provide evidence for strengthening the health surveillance of these radiation workers. Method: Method of micro amount of full blood was adopted to detect micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes of 200 long term exposure to low dose radiation workers and 486 non - radiation workers, and statistical analysis was performed. Resuhs: Micronucleus rate of long term exposure to low dose radiation workers were 0. 715%, whieh is 3.25 times of the non - radiation workers(0.220%.), The test results between two groups had significantly difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: It was found that micronucleus rate in the peripheral blood lymphocytes of radiation workers would raised afte long - dose exposure to radiation, result in raising chance of chromosome distortion, so we should enhance radiation protection for these staffs.
