摘要
对白鹤嘴水厂V型滤池滤后水浊度超标原因进行分析,得出主要是由于滤板水平误差偏大、滤池配气孔堵塞和滤板底部配气孔预埋位置不合理引起配气配水系统不均匀,导致砂滤料很容易流失,反冲洗不彻底造成的。改造后不仅提高了滤池配气配水均匀性,滤料也得到筛洗,降低了含泥量,从而提高了滤后水水质,滤池跑砂、泥球、板结现象得到明显的改善。
By analyzing the causes of water turbidity sub-standard after filtering in V-filter in Baihezui Waterworks, it is found that the bigger-than-normal level error of filter board, blocked air distribution hole and unreasonable site of air distribution hole at the bottom of filter board led to non-uniform of the distributions of air and water system, re- suiting in easy sand filter medium loss and incomplete backwashing. After the modification, not only the distribution of air and water can be improved, the filter media can also be screened and washed and reduce the sludge content, so as to improve the water quality of the filtered water, and the sand-losing of the filter, mud ball and hardening phe- nomena can be improved obviously.
