摘要
联合应用纯氧曝气与BAF工艺处理污染严重的天津石化含盐炼油污水,取得较好的处理效果。对于盐质量浓度<3 000 mg/L的污水,经该工艺处理后COD、石油类、S2-、NH3-N去除率均超过95%,出水COD平均为52mg/L;当进水盐质量浓度突然升至6 000 mg/L以上时装置运行恶化,出水COD升高到70 mg/L以上。经调整优化运行参数,装置的耐盐能力明显提高。进水盐质量浓度在4 230~6 150 mg/L时装置运行稳定,出水COD、石油类、S2-、NH3-N等均达到GB 8978—1996的一级标准要求,污水处理成本仅为6.03元/m3。
Better effect has been achieved by applying the combined process, pure oxygen aeration-biological aerat- ed filter,to the treatment of the refinery wastewater bearing-salinity from TPCC. When the influent salinity is less than 3 000 mg/L, the removing rates of COD, oils, S2- and NH3-N are all above 95%, and the average effluent COD is 52 mg/L. The shock load occurs in wastewater unit when the influent salinity reaches 6 000 mg/L. Its removal effi- ciency drops relevantly and effluent COD exceed 70 mg/L. The salt endurance of the unit is reinforced obviously af- ter the operation parameters have been adjusted and optimized. When the influent salinity is 4 230-6 150 mg/L, the wastewater treatment unit runs evenly, effluent quality comes up to the first class of discharge standard of GB 8978- 1996, and wastewater treatment cost is CNY 6.03 per m3.
