摘要
针对钢材表面的除锈问题,以低毒的丙烯酸乳液、单宁酸、异丙醇等为原料,通过正交试验优化配方,制备了一种环保型铁锈转化剂。采用中性盐雾试验(NSS)、开路电路-时间曲线、Tafel曲线、扫描电镜、热重/差热综合分析等方法研究了其性能。结果表明:当m(丙烯酸乳液)=6.5 g,m(单宁酸)=1.5 g,m(异丙醇)=0.5 g时,铁锈转化剂的综合性能最佳,以此配方制备的铁锈转化膜层致密、平整,耐热性好,1 000℃时不分解,其耐中性盐雾腐蚀(NSS)达24 h,在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀速率为0.037 8 g/(h.m2),对Q235钢有良好的防腐蚀保护作用。
An environmentally acceptable rust conversion agent was formulated with non-toxic polyacrylic emulsion,tannic acid and isopropyl alcohol as the starting materials so as to eliminate rust on steel surface.The composition of the rust conversion agent was optimized based on orthogonal test.The morphology of the conversion coating made from the rust conversion agent was observed with a scanning electron microscope,the thermal stability of the conversion coating was evaluated by thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis.Besides,the corrosion resistance of the conversion coating was examined by neutral salt-spray test as well as measurement of open circuit potential-time curve and Tafel curve.It was found that as-formulated rust conversion agent consisting of 6.5 g polyacrylic emulsion,1.5 g tannic acid and 0.5 g isopropyl alcohol possessed the best comprehensive properties;and corresponding conversion coating was compact and smooth and had good thermal stability(it was stable even at 1 000 ℃) as well as good corrosion resistance(its endurance against neutral salt-spray was as much as 24 h,and its corrosion rate in 3.5%NaCl solution was 0.037 8 g/(h·m2)),showing good anti-corrosion protection for Q235 steel substrate.
