摘要
本文以西安交通大学和香港理工大学合作开展的办学项目(简称"通理项目")为例,总结了通理项目10年来在两校实行优势互补、引进境外优质教育资源和创新合作办学模式、机制等方面的一些做法和经验,在此基础上,探讨了通理模式对西部地区高校开展中外合作办学活动的一些借鉴和启示。
This paper summarizes some practices and experience in the past 10 years such as offering com- plementary advantages, introducing foreign high-quality education resources and innovating coopera tive education model and mechanism from Xi＇an Jiaotong University and Hong Kong Polytechnic Uni- versity, which are in the project of cooperation in running schools （＂Tongli Project＂ for short）. On that basis, this paper explores and discusses some references and enlightenment through ＂Tongli＂ Model for Chinese-Foreign cooperation activities in running schools in higher institutions in western China.
