摘要
龙开口水电站工程是一座以发电为主、兼有防洪、灌溉等综合效益的大型水利水电工程。工程建设过程强调科学管理,充分发挥业主在工程建设中的主导作用,统筹编制建设管理规划,按建设规划有序组织工程建设,克服了右岸变形体治理、砂石料供应、主体工程停工及坝基深槽治理等困难,以良好的整体形象,快速实现了首台机组投产发电的目标。
The Longkaikou Hydropower Station is a large-sealed water conservancy and hydropower project which is mainly for power generation and combined with flood control and irrigation. The scientific management, playing Owner＇s leading role fully, preparing construction and management plan integratedly, and organizing construction orderly based on plan are emphasized during the construction of Project. The difficulties on the treatment of right-bank deformed body, the supply of aggregate, the suspension of main structure% construction and the treatment of deep trench in dam foundation are solved. These measures and solutions guarantee the first generating unit being put into operation in a shorter duration.
