摘要
采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)溶液制备微泡沫,在搅拌过程中加入硅酸钠(Na2SiO3)并用盐酸调节pH以形成硅酸凝胶泡沫,从而改善微泡沫的稳定性。研究了pH和盐酸浓度对硅酸凝胶形成过程的影响;通过光学显微照片观察以及排液行为和流变性测试,对硅酸凝胶泡沫进行了表征。实验结果表明,碱性硅酸凝胶形成的pH范围为10.7~11.2;凝胶化的微气泡呈球形,且气泡界面包覆有凝胶层,可稳定保存48 h以上;硅酸凝胶泡沫表现出非牛顿型流体特征,并具有触变现象。
Microfoam was prepared using cetyhrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) solution. During the stirring process, sodium silicate (Na2SiO3 ) was added together with hydrochloric acid (HC1) for adjusting the pH in attempt to improve stability of the microfoam. Effects of the pH and concentration of HC1 on gel formation process were discussed. A series of experimental tests including optical microscope observations, liquid drainage and rheological properties were conducted to characterize the microfoam. Results indicated that the alkaline silicic acid gel forms at a pH ranged between 10. 7 and 11.2. Air bubbles in the prepared microfoam displays spherical shape, and is coated with the silicic acid gel at the interface. Such bubbles can sustain for 48 h and longer. The prepared microfoam displays non - Newtonian fluid characteristics as well as thixotropic phenomenon.
