摘要
目的探讨血必净注射液对全身炎症反应综合征的治疗效果。方法检索国内外公开发表的关于血必净注射液治疗全身炎症反应综合征的随机对照试验（RCT），对文献进行质量评价，并采用Revman5．0软件进行统计学分析（Meta分析）。结果最终8篇文献入选，共335例患者，其中161例患者为常规治疗，174例患者在常规治疗基础上加用血必净注射液治疗，合并结果为：与常规治疗相比，加用血必净注射液治疗全身炎症反应综合征WBC下降较为明显（MD为-2．67，95％CI为-3．26～-2．07，P〈0．00001），CRP下降较为明显（MD为-11．86，95％CI为-13．39～-10．33，P〈0．00001），TNF—α下降较为明显（MD为-11．28，95％CI为-17．84～-4．73，P=0．0007），体温下降较为明显（MD为-0．41，95％CI为-0．57～-0．25，P〈0．00001），试验未报告有严重不良反应。结论血必净注射液治疗全身炎症反应综合征有明显效果。
Objective To discuss clinical effectiveness of Xuebijing injection in systemic inflammatory response syndrome. Methods We retrieved published RCT of foreign and domestic area on Xuebijing injection for the treatment of SIRS. The methodological quality of included studies was evaluated, the Cochrane Collaboration＇s RevmanS. 0 was used for meta - analysis. Results 8 trials were eligible finally, a total of 335 patients included 161 patients treated with conventional treatment and 174 with Xuebijing injection based on conventional treatment. Meta analysis results demonstrated that the clinical therapeutic effect of SIRS treated withXuebijing injection and routine treatment was better than that treated by routine treatment alone, and reflected mainly in the following： reducing the level of WBC （ MD - 2.67,95% CI - 3.26 ~ - 2.07, P 〈 0.00001 ）, reducing the level of CRP （ MD - 11.86,95% CI - 13.39 ~ - 10.33 ,P 〈0.00001 ）, reducing the level of TNF - α（ MD - 11.28,95% CI - 17.84 - - 4.73,P = 0.0007）, reducing the level of temperature （ MD - 0.41,95% CI - 0.57 - - 0.25, P 〈 0. 00001 ）. No serious adverse reactions were reported. Conclusion Xuebijing injection significantly relieves SIRS.
