摘要
以甜瓜种子为试验材料,研究了不同浓度的Ca2+、SA和ABA浸种对种子萌发特性和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:3种物质均不能提高甜瓜种子低温下的发芽特性,而对于幼苗的生长都能起到后效促进作用,促进效果Ca2+>SA>ABA;其中10~30 mmol/L的Ca2+浸种能促进苗的生长,尤其浓度为20~25 mmol/L时效果最好;0.05~0.2 mmol/L的SA浸种有利于幼苗的生长;而ABA的促进效果较弱。
Germination and seedling growth has been tested by soaking melon seeds using different Ca2+, SA and ABA respectively. The results indicated that Germination ability was not promoted while seedlings were done by soaking melon. From strong to weak, the aftereffect was Ca2 + , SA, ABA. Growth of seedlings were promoted using 10 -30 mmol/L Ca2+ Concentration, especially when 20 -25 mmol/L Ca2+ Concentration treated seeds was the optimum condition. 0. 05 - 0. 2 mmol/L SA had the function of increasing the growth of melon seedlings. But ABA had a little good effect on seedlings.
