摘要
近年来,生物语言学再次成为国外语言学的研究热点。人类语言起源和进化是生物语言学研究的5个基本问题之一。FOXP2的发现及过去10年来分子遗传学技术的迅猛发展宣告人类语言起源和进化研究的新时代已经到来。对语言相关基因进行鉴定并开展种间、种内进化研究,将为理解人类语言起源和进化提供新的实证理据。文章综述生物语言学的研究历程以及后基因组背景下言语和语言障碍的遗传学研究进展,分析利用语言相关基因进行语言起源和进化研究的思路,讨论语言与基因的关系。
Biolinguistics has become the research hot topic in linguistic circles abroad in recent years. The origin and evolution of hu- man language is one of the five fundamental questions that biolinguistics intends to answer. The discovery of FOXP2 gene and ad- vances in molecular genetic technology in the last decade have heralded a new era for human language evolutionary studies. The identification of the language-associated genes and a close examination of between -- and within-species alteration of the genes in question will provide new empirical data in understanding the origin and evolution of human language. This paper provides a re- view of the research development in biolinguistics and the molecular genetic studies of speech and language disorders in post-ge- nome era. The application of language-associated genes to the study of human language evolution is analyzed and the relationship between language and genes is also discussed about.
