摘要
目的:研究当归挥发油对离体气管、十二指肠和血管平滑肌的作用,探讨作用的组织选择性和作用机制。方法:制备离体气管、十二指肠和血管平滑肌标本,用当归挥发油灌流,通过16道生理信号采集分析系统描记平滑肌张力变化曲线,计算肌张力变化率。结果:0.001%~0.1%的当归挥发油对静息气管、十二指肠和胸主动脉平滑肌有明显的舒张作用(P<0.01);0.01%的当归挥发油能减弱磷酸组胺、氯化乙酰胆碱、氯化钙和氯化钾预收缩气管平滑肌的作用(P<0.01);亦能减弱氯化乙酰胆碱、氯化钙和氯化钾预收缩十二指肠平滑肌的作用(P<0.01);0.001%的当归挥发油对去甲肾上腺素和氯化钾引起的主动脉平滑肌收缩具有拮抗作用(P<0.01)。结论:初步推断当归挥发油对3种平滑肌具有广泛的舒张作用,其机制可能与抑制VDCC有关。
To study the effects of angellea essential oil on isolated trachea, duodenum and vascular smooth muscle, to elucidate the role of tissue selectivity and mechanism of action. Melhods: The isolated trachea, duodenum and vascular smooth muscle specimens were preparated and administrated with volatile oil of the angelica, By 16 channels physiological signal acquisition and analysis system for tracing smooth muscle tension curves, calculating the rate of change of muscle tension. Results: The 0. 001% ~ 0.1% of essential oil from Angelica sinensis could rest tracheal, duodenum and thoracic aorta smooth muscle relaxant effect obviously ( P 〈0.01 ) ; 0.01% of the volatile oil of the angelica can attenuate histamine, aeetyleholine chloride, ealeium ehloride and potassium chloride pre-shrlnking tracheal smooth muscle ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; also can attenuate aeetyleholine chloride, chlorinated calcium and potassium chloride the contraction of smooth muscle of duode- num effect ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; 0. 001% of the volatile oil of the angelica can combat norepinephrine and potassium chloride inducing aortic smooth muscle contractility ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The volatile oil of the angelica earl loose 3 smooth muscle obviously, its mechanism may be related to inhibit VDCC.
