摘要
从4个方面探讨新世纪中医药发展的机遇与挑战 :(1)医学模式改变 ,重视社会、心理、生物因素对健康和疾病的综合作用和影响 ,特别是对亚健康状态的防治 ,中医中药大有用武之地 ;(2)两次卫生革命都需要中医药 ,我国处于第一次卫生革命的任务还没有完成 ,第二次卫生革命所要防治疾病的技术还有待发展的阶段 ,西药对现代某些难治病治疗无效 ,所以寄希望于中医药 ;(3)卫生需求的变化 ,物质、文化生活的改善 ,人类自身的价值不断提升 ,调理人体功能平衡而对人体无害的中医中药越来越受到重视 ;(4)人口老龄化不断加剧 ,抗衰防老、养生保健的研究成为当今研究开发的热点。
The opportunities and challenges of developing TCM in the new century were discussed from four aspects: (1) With the changes of medicinal models, the comprehensive functions and influence of society, psychology and biologic factors on health and disease gained more attentions, especially the prevention and cures for sub-health condition, which would bring bright prospects for TCMP. (2) The two revolutions for health both needed TCMP, while the task of the first health revolution in our country still hasn't been accomplished, and the technology of preventing and curing diseases in the second has yet to be developed. A lot of Western medicines have no curative effects on some difficult diseases. So, peoples placed hopes on TCMP. (3) With the changes of needs of health, and the improvements of material and cultures life, the human's own values rise constantly. TCMP, which regulates the balances of physical functions and has no harms on human body, will be paid more and more attentions. (4) With the amount of old people constantly aggravating, the studies on preventing senility and maintaining good health would become a focus of research and development at present.
